8 – Due Date is 1 January

MEMBERSHIP FEE DUE DATE:   1 January 2014
If you bring your membership fee up to date after 1 September, then your membership is valid till the end of December the FOLLOWING year (and you still only pay R120).  
Our membership year therefore runs from January to December of each year. 
Membership fees are therefore due on or before 1 January of each year.
There are several different ways to make the payment – see the different payment options tab on the main menu for these options.

BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS:

PAYMENT METHOD  1:   Payment into our Absa bank account.
Your annual membership fee can be paid directly into our normal banking account. 
This can either be done electronically via an EFT, or by visiting any Absa bank near you.

REFERENCE:   YOUR name please.  This is VERY Important – please write YOUR Name & Surname as the reference.
We often receive payments with “Orange Tail” as reference. What we need to know is who made the payments.

PROOF OF PAYMENT:     There is no need to send us proof as payment, as we pick this up from our banking statements once a week, and we then send you a confirmation e-mail that we did receive your payment. We will transfer your surplus funds (over and above the R99 membership) into the NPF account (Needy Pensioners Fund)


ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE:   12 x R10.00 = R120 per year
* If you would like to sponsor the membership of one or more pensioners, simply add it to your payment (@ R80 per pensioner)
* If you would like to make a contribution to the Needy Pensioners Fund, also add it to your payment.
We will transfer these extras to the NPF account.
